Dessert...with a twist. Our blackberry and dark chocolate muffins are the perfect decadent dessert with a hint of sweetness. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream on top for a treat everyone is sure to love.
2 1/4 cups of wholemeal flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup of oil
1 cup of raw sugar
1/2 cup of
full fat yogurt
Pinch of salt
Bar of dark chocolate, chopped,
1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blackberries
1. Preheat oven to 350oF.
2. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
3. In a separate bowl,mix wet ingredients together, and then mix the dry and wet mixtures together.
4. Fold in blackberries and dark chocolate.
5. Spoon into muffin tray and bake for 30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
